Development Support

We create detailed feasibility studies for new hotel projects as well as refurbishment initiatives, help with the best operation format and provide extensive pre-opening support.

Asset Management

We provide detailed operational , commercial and financial support with as overriding objective to maximise the asset value. Having a healthy balance in between Ownership, Operating Company and local Hotel Management is our objective.  

Operational Audit

We offer independent ‘health checks’ that focus on operational integrity and internal control and assess the entire operation by focussing primarily on the balance sheet as opposed to the P&L in order to have a solid base both commercially and financially.

Over the past 14 years we have successfully completed more than 80 hotel development and asset management projects and built relationships with clients that have lasted. We are small, independent, nimble and work for the overall benefit of the hotel. Only if a hotel functions correctly and all parties involved get an even ‘slice of the cake’ can we maximise its asset value.

We are able to accompany our clients throughout the entire life cycle of a hotel from initial idea through, project, opening, optimisation and exit. However, every hotel is different and we will tailor a plan that works best for your hotel.
